The building, old family's house, has been recently
restored and divided into three confortable units, all with private
entrance:

Double room (with an additional bed
for babies, on request );
living room with fireplace, double divan bed
and kitchenette (gas cooker and fridge), toilette with shower,
balcony with panoramic view, indipendent heating; color TV set.
Each unit is able offer accomodation to 4 / 6 guests and it is
accessible to disabled.

It is located at 300 mt. above sea level, close
to the small village of Vigne, 10 km. south of Narni (an old medieval
town), in the midst of hills and woods, It is the ideal place
for a walk and biking.

Its geografical position, equidistant from Perugia,
Roma and the tyrrhenian coast (ca. 60 minutes by car), offers
the posssibility to visit the traditional medieval towns of Umbria
such as ...
Assisi, Foligno, Todi, Perugia and Gubbio within
a single day.

taking a little round trip to the green valleys of the Appennine region
dividing Umbria from Marche or to Rome, to the Tyrrhenian shores,
or to the many archaeological site of the mysterious Etruscan civilization
